The COMM:PAKT advise of the week: Focus on the satisfiables!

There are direct reports, clients and stake holders who are nearly impossible to satisfy. How often, despite the huge amount of effort involved, we do our utmost to satisfy  them anyway.

Because that can become addictive. It can also help us elevate our standards to prove to not only ourselves, but to others as well.

It can also be a slippery slope, an endless downward spiral of frustration that doesn’t pay off.

Let’s get some clarity about which one we’re focussed on. Because working to satisfy the satisfiables is more likely to be worth our energy.
