The COMM:PAKT question of the week: Are you struggling with developing confidence?

As Ros Taylor announced, “Confidence is the key to leading a successful and happy life”. But what can you do if you don’t feel confident?

I’m pretty sure that everyone knows a situation in which they felt nervous or unrelaxed. In those moments you start to overthink everything and you get only more excited.

So what can you do? Well, first of all start to believe in yourself and your competences! Then, think of a situation in which you felt super confident – transfer this feeling to the upcoming (stressful) situation. Make your head and body think that you are as confident as in that other moment. While transfering this feeling, breath calmly and stay in a strong and open position – that will make you feel stronger and more powerful.

Find a ritual like that to feed your confidence. Everytime you face a difficult situtation that stresses you, you can perform your ritual and then enter the situation with confidence!
